Sarah Filsell


Sarah works in the Dispute Resolution department specialising in Employment and Contentious Trusts and Probate.

Sarah joined the Dispute Resolution Department in the Reading office as a paralegal in February 2018, became a Trainee Solicitor in July 2018 and qualified as a solicitor in July 2020. During her training Sarah gained experience in the dispute resolution, family and private client departments.

Sarah has a background in Management Accounts and whilst on a career break to raise her family completed a Law Degree with the Open University and graduated with First Class Honours. Sarah then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course as part of the Master of Laws at the University of Law in Guildford and graduated with Distinction. Whilst studying Sarah continued to grow her skillset and volunteered for a number of years at Citizens Advice in Tadley before joining Rowberry Morris.

Outside of work Sarah continues to volunteer as a Brownie leader and enjoys running and walking. Sarah organises the firm’s sponsorship and entries for the annual 10k Reading Legal Walk to raise much needed funds for free advice agencies in the local area.
