Roger deals with all aspects of private client work for individuals from a wide range of backgrounds in a discreet, efficient and empathetic manner. His work includes the following: -

  • Preparation of Wills
  • Estate administration (probate)
  • Creation and administration of Will and lifetime trusts
  • Powers of attorney
  • Tax and estate planning
  • Court of Protection applications
  • Advice to the elderly and their families

Roger is a full member of the Society and Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an internationally recognised organisation of lawyers and other professionals who are particularly qualified to advise on wills, trusts, probate and related tax matters. Roger is also an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly, a national association of solicitors specialising in older client law and with the skills to advise vulnerable clients.

Having qualified in 2002, Roger has specialised in private client law, primarily with firms in West London, since that date. Roger joined Rowberry Morris in September 2018.
