Pavandeep was awarded a First Class Honours for her LLB (Hons) Law degree and a Distinction upon completion of her Legal Practice Course at BPP.
Pavandeep joined Rowberry Morris in March 2016 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in January 2017. Prior to qualification, she gained extensive experience in various areas of law in particular Employment, Housing, Immigration, Personal Injury and Family Law.
Pavandeep practices predominantly in Child Care Law, representing parents in matters involving social services, both pre-proceedings and during care proceedings. She works with Jasbinder Dail, head of the Care Department and Senior Partner based in Reading but also covering Staines, Hampshire and Richmond upon Thames. Pavandeep also represents parents involved in residence and contact disputes relating to their children and individuals seeking protection by way of a Non Molestation Order.
Pavandeep regularly attends both the County Court and Family Proceedings Court to undertake her own advocacy. She advises and represents vulnerable clients, especially clients who suffer from learning and mental health difficulties and that have been victims of domestic violence. She is able to deal sensitively with matters whilst also providing legal advice in a clear, concise and simple manner. She is a committed and dedicated individual who strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
