Neil Henson


Neil is a consultant in the property and compliance departments of the firm, having retired from the role of senior partner.

He has dealt with property work throughout his career and has extensive experience of commercial, property and business matters including property development, business acquisitions/sales, leases, options, overage, property investment and finance. Neil has also specialised in the more complex aspects of residential conveyancing. He is an advocate of “plain English” language and communication. Neil now advises mainly on compliance, management and financial matters.

Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and joined Rowberry Morris from a central London practice in 1981. He became a partner in 1983 and remains a consultant with the firm now that he has retired.
