Assistant Solicitor (Dispute Resolution/Employment)
We are looking for an assistant solicitor to join our busy Dispute Resolution and Employment department. This role would suit up to 2 years PQE. Mixed case load to include property and land related disputes, contentious probate, commercial disputes and employment. This is a fantastic opportunity and the ideal candidate will have experience, a clean driving license and car, and be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in on line business development.

Legal Secretary - Property Department
Tadley office has a busy property department with two residential property conveyancers and one commercial property partner/solicitor. They are supported by two full time secretaries/assistants and an administrative assistant.
We are looking for a secretary for one of our residential conveyancers to join the team as outlined above. Previous experience in a solicitor’s office, preferably in property work, would be highly advantageous. A knowledge of case management would also be an advantage.
The role will be to work with the conveyancer, dealing with audio dictation, taking and making telephone calls, dealing with client enquiries, both on the telephone and in person in reception, giving costs estimates, dealing with compliance issues, and generally acting in the role of assistant to the conveyancer. You will also be expected to assist (with others) with general reception/telephone duties when our receptionist is away.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, and training is available where required. This is an excellent long-term role for the right applicant.
This is intended as a full time appointment, but part time (over 25 hours per week) will be considered.
