Commercial Property Lawyer/Partner

An experienced and personable property lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to deal with commercial property work based in our Tadley office, with the ability to deal with some (mainly HNW) residential property work and supervise and act as head of the residential department. Commercial property work will include dealing with new commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord & Tenant matters, development land including options and overage agreements, unincorporated business sales and purchases, and general business/property advice, and diverse property issues e.g. adverse possession and many ancillary matters.

This role is a senior appointment, and an exciting opportunity for the right person, that carries clear career and early partnership prospects and a salary and bonus arrangement commensurate with the role.
