Newly Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive

Good opportunity for a NQ Solicitor/Legal Executive with Family Law Experience wishing to specialise in Child Care work to join our highly regarded, busy Childcare department in the Reading office. Knowledge of Care work and/or Legal Aid Agency an advantage and could lead to a training contract. May be suitable for a criminal lawyer wishing to re-train.   

We have been a leading childcare firm for over 40 years and this is an opportunity with excellent prospects for a committed and ambitious childcare lawyer to join the team.

Assistant Solicitor (Dispute Resolution/Employment)

We are looking for an assistant solicitor to join our busy Dispute Resolution and Employment department.  This role would suit up to 2 years PQE. Mixed case load to include property and land related disputes, contentious probate, commercial disputes and employment. This is a fantastic opportunity and the ideal candidate will have experience, a clean driving license and car, and be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in on line business development.

Office Junior

We are looking for an Office Junior. Duties to include Storage of Files, Use of Database, Answering Telephones, Photocopying and Reception Duties.

Desired skills – computer literate.

Personal qualities – a willingness to deal with clients, both face to face and on the telephone, team player, reliable and punctual.

Desired qualifications – English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) but for the right candidate we could waiver this.
