Administrative Legal Assistant – Staines Office

Rowberry Morris is looking for an Administrative Legal Assistant to join them to provide and maintain support in the Staines Office and ensure client and Fee Earner needs are met.

Full time and Part time considered.

· Duties include

· General administrative support for fee earners.

· Dealing with clients in person, by telephone and in writing.

· Management of appointments.

· Providing secretarial support.

· Assisting in the management of case files and archiving.

· Assisting in the general office management and performance of general duties as required.

· Ensuring clients' affairs and the business of the firm are kept confidential.

· Generally, to use best endeavours to promote the interests and welfare of the firm and the firm’s clients.


· Legal Experience (Preferable).

· Computer skills to include Microsoft Windows/Word/Excel

· File Management skills

· Ability to prioritise work and function effectively under pressure

· First class telephone manner

Family Solicitor – Tadley Office

Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE required for busy established family department in our Tadley office. Whilst the suitable candidate would have the support of the family team in the other offices, the successful candidate will need to be able to be a stand alone fee earner and deal with a whole range of matrimonial matters.
