Tadley

Commercial Property Lawyer/Partner

An experienced and personable property lawyer (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) to deal with commercial property work based in our Tadley office, with the ability to deal with some (mainly HNW) residential property work and supervise and act as head of the residential department. Commercial property work will include dealing with new commercial leases, assignments, lease renewals and related Landlord & Tenant matters, development land including options and overage agreements, unincorporated business sales and purchases, and general business/property advice, and diverse property issues e.g. adverse possession and many ancillary matters.

This role is a senior appointment, and an exciting opportunity for the right person, that carries clear career and early partnership prospects and a salary and bonus arrangement commensurate with the role.

Tadley

Residential Property Lawyer

An experienced and personable property lawyer (Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to deal with residential property work based in our Tadley office. Residential work will include all aspects of residential conveyancing from first time buyers through to high net worth individuals and include associated matters such as the grant of easements, drafting transfers of part, and the opportunity to deal with development land. You will receive excellent support, work with a full-time secretary, and there is an opportunity for training in commercial property work if desired (not essential).

Rowberry Morris has a long history in Tadley of dealing with residential conveyancing and we are looking for a motivated individual to become part of a very busy and friendly department with high quality work.

Experienced Legal Secretary 

Dispute Resolution – part time maternity cover

We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our busy Dispute Resolution department in our Reading office.

Duties will include typing, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, keeping files in good order and general administrative duties.

This is a part time, temporary position providing maternity cover of three days per week for up to one year.
