The department focuses upon a contentious employment caseload for individuals and small to medium sized businesses. The department provides advice on all employment law issues to individuals and also to businesses of all sizes in a wide variety of fields. We handle all cases from unfair dismissal through to discrimination.

Non-contentious other work, such as advising on new European law or drafting contracts of employment is also undertaken for the firm's commercial clients. Additionally, a seminar programme is offered to our commercial clients. This provides information on claims or new law.

Rowberry Morris has, happily, expanded this department in line with the expansion of legislation from Parliament and Europe. We receive all of the latest updates in employment law online and the experience to advise on law to conclude a case successfully for the client.

A variety of ways are accepted to fund a case. Our private client rates are competitive within Reading, and "no win, no fee" agreements can be considered. Furthermore, we undertake legal expenses insurance work and publicly funded work.
