Nicola has worked in the Law for over 10 years and qualified as a solicitor in August 2005. Both before and after this time Nicola has specialised in all aspects of Wills and Probate including Inheritance Tax and estate planning, Will Trusts including Nil Rate band discretionary Trusts, lasting Power of Attorney, administration of the estate. Nicola is a member of Solicitors For The Elderly, the national association of lawyers providing legal advice to older people, their family and carers; Patron is the senior Judge of the Court of Protection.
