Rodney Edwards has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years. He trained in London, qualified in 1979 and became a partner in Rowberry Morris in 1981.

Rodney has a wide experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions including buying and selling houses, transfer of property, mortgages and declarations of trust. Rodney also has considerable knowledge of commercial property transactions including the buying, selling and leasing of offices, warehouses, shops, restaurants and public houses.

In addition to dealing with residential and commercial property transactions. Rodney also has considerable experience which enables him to advise on a range of business issues for owner managed and small to medium sized firms and companies.

Sharron Lewis joined Rowberry Morris in September 1996 having been with Wedlake Saint Solicitors. Sharron is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and specialises in the legal work concerning the buying and selling of residential properties including work dealing with Housing Associations and Shared Ownership.
