Robin qualified as a solicitor in 1975 having graduated from Manchester University. He joined the Staines office of Rowberry Morris as a partner in 1997.

Robin represents the interests of many businesses particularly owner managed small and medium sized companies. His main area of specialisation is commercial property work and associated company sales and purchases but Robin’s general experience enables him to advise on a wide range of commercial issues.

Robin has particular expertise in Commercial Leases, Commercial Property Acquisitions and Sales, Business Sales and Acquisitions, Licensing (Alcohol/Entertainment), and Partnerships.

Rodney Edwards has worked in the legal profession for over 30 years. He trained in London, qualified in 1979 and became a partner in Rowberry Morris in 1981.

Rodney has a wide experience in dealing with all aspects of residential property transactions including buying and selling houses, transfer of property, mortgages and declarations of trust. Rodney also has considerable knowledge of commercial property transactions including the buying, selling and leasing of offices, warehouses, shops, restaurants and public houses.

In addition to dealing with residential and commercial property transactions. Rodney also has considerable experience which enables him to advise on a range of business issues for owner managed and small to medium sized firms and companies.
