• Take photographs of your injuries, especially cuts and bruises
• Store in a safe place any damaged clothing or other items
• Take the names and addresses of any witnesses
• Keep a diary of events from the day of the accident, remembering to record how you feel.

We will then arrange a free, no obligation consultation to discuss your case. If we consider that you have a good case then we will will write to your opponent and tell them that you are making a claim.

They then have 4 months in which to decide whether they are prepared to admit that your accident was your fault.

In order to tell how much your claim is worth, we need a medical report which says what your injuries are and - more importantly - how long it might take you to get better.

We settle 90% of our cases by negotiation

Sometimes we do have to start court proceedings. When we do, only about 5% of those cases ever result in a trial.
