Experienced Secretary / Assistant – Private Client Department, Reading Office               

We are looking for an experienced secretary/assistant to join our busy Private Client department in the Reading Office.

Duties will include typing, dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, drafting of standard documents under supervision, keeping files in good order and general administrative duties.

Both full and part time applicants will be considered.

Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our busy Private Client team in our Staines Office.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our busy Private Client team in our Staines Office.

The role will involve dealing with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and Estate Planning.  The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and have the ability to work efficiently to a high standard.  They will be an active member of the Private Client team and be involved in the growth of the Department.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time assistant solicitor to join our busy dispute resolution and employment department.  This role would suit a solicitor with up to 2 years PQE.

You will be working on a mixed case load to include property and land related disputes, contentious probate, commercial disputes and employment matters.You will have experience, a clean driving licence and your own car, and be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in online business development.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time ACILEx or newly qualified lawyer to join our busy Private Client Department in the Tadley Office.

You will be joining an established team of fee earners and support staff, working under the supervision of the Head of Department, Helen Greenwood.  The role will involve assisting with all aspects of Private Client work.

We are looking for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join our residential conveyancing team in our Tadley office. In addition to undertaking all aspects of residential work, there is also an opportunity to undertake commercial conveyancing or to receive training in that area.

You will be an independent fee earner, managing your own caseload efficiently and to a high standard, working with a secretary and having good support from the other partners and solicitors in the department.

We are looking for an experienced secretary / trainee legal executive to join our busy Childcare department in the Reading Office on a part time basis.

Duties will include typing, applying for and settling payments on account, and keeping files and court bundles in good order.

Legal Aid experience is preferred. Please note this is a part time position.
