Staines upon Thames 

Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our busy Private Client team.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our busy Private Client team in our Staines Office.

The role will involve dealing with all aspects of private client work including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts, Court of Protection and Estate Planning.  The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and have the ability to work efficiently to a high standard.  They will be an active member of the Private Client team and be involved in the growth of the Department.

Excellent career prospects and salary commensurate with experience.

Reading

Full time Assistant Solicitor / CILEx to join our Dispute Resolution and Employment team in Reading

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time assistant solicitor to join our busy dispute resolution and employment department.  This role would suit a solicitor with up to 2 years PQE.

You will be working on a mixed case load to include property and land related disputes, contentious probate, commercial disputes and employment matters. You will have experience in assisting other fee earners and running your own case load, a clean driving licence and your own car, and you will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in online business development.

We are looking for an experienced Solicitor who is on the Children Panel and a trainee solicitor / legal executive or paralegal to join our busy Childcare Department.

Duties will include typing, applying for and settling payments on account, and keeping files and court bundles in good order.

Legal Aid experience is preferred.

Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Property team in Tadley

We are looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our property team in our Tadley office. In addition to undertaking all aspects of residential work, there is also an opportunity to undertake commercial conveyancing or to receive training in that area, with a view to specialising in commercial property work if desired.

You will be an independent fee earner, managing your own caseload efficiently and to a high standard, working with a secretary and having good support from the other partners and solicitors in the department.

This is an excellent career opportunity with good prospects.
