Jasbinder Dail, Partner e-mail // jasbinder.dail@rowberrymorris.co.uk

Jasbinder qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined Rowberry Morris in 1993. She is now a partner and is Head of the Family Department. She deals solely in childcare law, including care proceedings, adoption and other cases in which Social Services are involved.

Jasbinder is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel, which means that her expertise and accomplishments in childcare law are recognised. Jasbinder is very highly regarded in her area of law by clients, the local judiciary and other professionals. She is dedicated to providing her clients with a very high level of care and represents both parents and Children's Guardians in cases around the Thames Valley and beyond.

Jasbinder is assisted within the childcare department by Caroline Smith, who is a paralegal.

Jasbinder is married with two young children, who occupy most of her spare-time, but she somehow manages to spend time at her local gym. She also enjoys socialising and the odd glass of wine!
