WHO IS SELLING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION? PEOPLE ARE BEING TRADED WITHOUT THEIR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT

Credit card charges, debt and accident claims are the subject of cold calling or advertisements.  They want your debt or possible claim.  Those companies want to sign you up to an agreement which allows them to make money from your claim or to sell it on.  Just as companies sell email address lists, they also sell claims which they think people might make.  Your chance of a claim has a re-sale value.  The buyer then contacts you to make his profit.

Without your knowledge or consent, hundreds of pounds could be passing hands at this moment for information about a claim they think you have.   You can end up with an organisation acting for you, doing the job of lawyers with no proper legal training.  Your “solicitor” could just be a legal clerk working a computer system designed to fit your size 9 feet into size 6 shoes.
