Parental contact

Batman scaling the Houses of Parliament and Tony Blair being hit by purple ink bombs is often the perception we have of men trying to obtain justice against mothers who are denying them contact with their children.  These protesters may seem a little crazy to us all but the sad reality is that all to often the courts are being confronted with stories where mothers refuse to allow fathers contact with their children for no apparent reason.

When parents disagree as to what is best for their children as lawyers at Rowberry Morris we always encourage our clients to try a conciliatory approach, either talking amongst themselves or with a family mediator.  However, we recognise that in some cases this does not work and there are those parents who will do everything to frustrate a child's relationship with the non-resident parent.
