Don't let them fight - have a will!
Making a Will is without doubt one of the most important things that you will ever do. Worryingly though, more than two thirds of people do not take the time to have a Will prepared which can cause problems for your family on your death.
There will be some of you who do not have a Will, or who have not reviewed their Will to take account of any changes in your circumstances, or do not have a Will that takes advantage of potential inheritance tax or care home fees mitigation.
