All our Family solicitors are members of Resolution and support a collaborative approach to disputes. This is a forward thinking way of resolving arguments between the parties, whereby both agree from the outset that neither will issue Court proceedings against the other and will try to achieve a resolution of matters through face to face meetings with their legal representatives.

We have been successfully involved in a great number of care proceedings cases. Our childcare department is one of the most highly regarded in the Thames Valley. 

Rowberry Morris remains one of the few firms that offers public funding in the Reading office of Rowberry Morris  for family (formerly known as legal aid). Cases are assessed for eligibility on a one by one basis depending on our available capacity.
