James Perry

James has over eight years’ experience of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. He also advises on Company & Commercial Law. James trained at a national firm based in Bristol and joined Rowberry Morris in September 2011.

James specialises in all areas of Property work with particular expertise in high value house and flat purchases and sales. James also has wide experience of dealing with the grant and renewal of business leases for shops, offices, retail lets and industrial premises acting for owner managed businesses.

Outside the office James enjoys visiting Cornwall whenever he can where he indulges his pretence that he’s an ace surfer.
