Anna Illingworth

Anna graduated in History and Politics in 1990 and qualified as a solicitor in 1998. She joined Rowberry Morris in 2011 as Head of the Employment and Dispute Resolution department. She has previously been a partner in both Wiltshire and Surrey based firms.

Anna specialises in Employment, Professional Negligence and Contentious Probate but also has a wide experience in resolving disputes concerning, builders, breach of contract, partnerships and experience in obtaining remedies such as injunctions including freezing orders (both obtaining and defending) and specific performance.

Anna is advisor to a number of Trustees in respect of their duties and can offer practical guidance to trustees as a former Trustee of the North Dorset Volunteer Bureau and the Camberley Citizens Advice Bureau.

Anna is a founder member of BNI in Basingstoke, a member of Women in Business Basingstoke, and former speaker at Tadley and District Chamber of Trade.

Anna applies the same determination to resolving disputes that she applies to her hobbies of horse riding, running, and her new interests of golf and skiing.
