The seller pays us the incredible bargain of only £200 INCLUDING VAT for a freehold property. Provided we act in the sale, we organise everything for you and have the HIP prepared in such a way that the agent can market the property instantly. For leasehold properties the cost is the same plus the cost of obtaining the lease.

It is as easy as that! We even have our own Energy Assessor who works with our clients. Katie will prepare the Energy Performance Certificate and help advise agents, sellers & buyers with any queries that they may have on HIPS.
  • WARNING:
    You will be presented with all sorts of too good to be true offers in the media. You may even be offered a ‘free’ HIP by selling agents. However, in most cases the HIP will belong to the agent and not to you, meaning that you cannot switch estate agents and take the HIP with you. With Rowberry Morris you will own your HIP and can give it to whichever estate agent(s) you choose.
