ARBITRATION
We can set up or represent you or your company in arbitration proceedings. We can initiate the process or obtain injunctions to force another party to go to arbitration.
The process is often similar to litigation in that it usually involves putting together submissions and arguing the case before an arbitrator but it can save money. The key is usually making sure that the right person is appointed as arbitrator and the selection requires experience – we have the means and the knowledge to help you with that.
